The Staples Center is an arena located in downtown Los Angeles, California. The arena was privately funded, costing $375 million. It is currently home to the NBA's Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers, the WNBA's Los Angeles Sparks, and the NHL's Los Angeles Kings. Its capacity in basketball games is 19,ooo people, in ice hockey and arena football games it is 18,000, and 20,000 people in concerts and other entertainment events.




Staples Center is one of the nicest arenas in the nation. In the first two years of existence, Staples Center was named the Pollstar CIC Arena of the Year. There are 160 luxury suites, 23 restaurants and over 1,200 television monitors throughout the arena. On the outside, the Staples Center has a futuristic design
